Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Capital Markets Associate to join our Newport Beach office. This position is ideal for a 4th7th year attorney with a robust background in securities law capital markets and corporate finance. The candidate will primarily collaborate with the Corporate Department Chair and other senior attorneys.

Qualifications:
- J.D. from a top ABAaccredited law school
- Admission to the California State Bar
- 47 years of experience in securities capital markets and corporate finance.
- Proficient in SEC reporting and national securities exchange compliance.
- Experience with IPOs and various public offerings.
- Familiarity with the 33 and 34 Acts SEC reports periodic reporting proxy statements and registration statements.
- Big Law experience is preferred.
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
