The Corporate & Sustainability Advisory team within Large Corporates & Institutions (LC&I) is dedicated to empowering corporate clients with strategic financial insights and advice. We focus on providing tailormade solutions and advice on capital structure credit ratings acquisition capacity funding strategy and financial risks while integrating sustainability initiatives to enhance financial outcomes and value creation.

About the Role

As a Senior Analyst in the Corporate & Sustainability Advisory team you will lead comprehensive financial modelling and analysis related to capital structure risk management and sustainability initiatives as well as presenting these findings to decision makers within our large corporate clients.
You will have the opportunity to analyse large and complex companies gaining exposure to a diverse set of projects and sectors. You will collaborate closely with colleagues and interact with internal stakeholders such as Loan and Debt Capital Markets Corporate Finance Foreign Exchange & Interest Rate Derivatives and ESG risk professionals.
As our team collaborates across the Nordics you will be part of a panNordic network of professionals within the bank. We emphasise professional growth and continuous feedback to support personal and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in advisory projects for corporate clients regarding capital structure credit rating debt capacity M&A and sustainability

Conduct indepth financial modelling and analysis to support strategic decisionmaking

Prepare and present comprehensive and insightful materials to guide client discussions

Drive improvements in our analytical tools and methodologies

Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with experienced bankers

About You:

You need to demonstrate strong analytical skills and a deep interest in sustainability topics. You are structured have a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.

Furthermore we expect you to have:

An MSc or equivalent in Finance Economics Engineering or a related field with a strong academic record

37 years of experience in credit rating capital structure M&A modelling or related fields

Relevant experience in finance or related fields is valued

Fluent in Swedish and English
