Partner StaffingCalgary is hiring for a new commercial/industrial/utilities project manager intheir PDS group. You will be responsible for overseeing and deliveringconstruction projects on behalf of clients. This role requires strong projectmanagement skills exceptional communication abilities and a keen eye fordetail to ensure successful project completion with scope budget and timeline.This PM will be working primarily in the emphasis of commercial utilitiestransportation and industrial projects.
Description
In this role you will lead and manage construction projects fromstart to finish ensuring timely completion within budget. Projects may range from midsized to large. Youwill be responsible for the Project Scheduling and Cost Estimates/Management
You will communicateregularly with clients and stakeholders to provide project status updates andaddress concerns. You will head upproject and site meetings and perform field reviews. You will be responsible to handle multipleprojects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
Provide leadership indevelopment of new opportunities and proposals.

Requirements
- 5 years ofdirect Canadian experience within a consulting environment in CommercialConstruction
- Experience within Transportation Utility or Energy type of projects.
- Extendedexposure to construction regulations and codes in Western Canada
- Bachelors inEngineering or Construction management with P.Eng or CET as an asset
- PMP and PMIconsidered an asset
- Cost Managementand Budgeting/Estimating skills with experience in design management andproposal writing
- Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills and excellent communication andcollaboration abilities
