Job Summary:
The IT Manager is responsible for the strategic vision support and maintenance of computer systems and technology initiatives at Brundage Mountain Resort. This role involves driving transformative change enhancing guest and employee experiences and collaborating with various departments to improve overall resort operations. The IT Manager will build and lead a highperforming IT team ensuring alignment with the resorts growth plans and technological advancements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a forwardthinking technology operations strategy including longterm roadmaps.
- Research plan and deploy new technology updating existing infrastructure to support the resorts growth.
- Develop manage and maintain policies goals and priorities for technology initiatives.
- Produce comprehensive howto documents and training materials for technology endusers.
- Identify diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Monitor server environment and respond to userreported issues efficiently.
- Provide technical support via telephone and email.
- Complete PCI compliance assessments and implement cybersecurity measures.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors negotiating contracts and ensuring performance standards.
- Foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders and business units.
- Build and lead a highperforming technology operations team focusing on mentorship and professional development.
- Develop and monitor key performance metrics financials and budget.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to technology operations cybersecurity and compliance.
- Perform other duties to support resort operations as assigned or needed.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Associate degree in a related area or 24 years of experience in the field or a certificate in the relevant field.
- Working knowledge of HyperV Aloha Server 2012R2 Server 2016 DNS DHCP GPO Office 365 AzureAD.
- Knowledge of file share best practices different backup types domain controller internal/external certificates windows server infrastructure Android and iOS
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office
- Experience managing customerfacing and/or Point of Sale solutions.
- Prefer experience with cloud tools and methodologies (AWS Google Cloud Azure).
- Ability to learn new applications and technologies independently.
- Ensure compliance with security practices and procedures.
- Experience with change management initiatives.
- Ability to work under pressure meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication problemsolving interpersonal organizational and leadership skills.
- High degree of integrity honesty and discretion.
- Ability to handle and manage confidential information.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work on the mountain with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must pass a criminal history and employment background check
- Must have a valid Drivers License and pass an insurance driving history inquiry
