Job Description
Who we are looking for:
Are you the Intensive Care Coordinator we have been looking for In the position of Intensive Care Coordinator (ICC) you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by supporting our clients to achieve their goals! JRIs Community Service Agencies are dedicated to providing highfidelity wraparound services for youth under the age of 21 who have been diagnosed with a serious emotional disturbance who require multiple services or are involved with multiple childserving systems such as child welfare special education or juvenile justice.
We are currently looking for someone to join our Lynn CSA team! Our staff work collaboratively with the youths team to provide an individualized care plan and are committed to keeping youth safely in the community with the assistance of their natural supports. JRI provides the training so that:
- YOU will be able to facilitate Care Planning Teams; coordinate multiple services/supports for MassHealthenrolled children and youth under the age of 21 with serious emotional/behavioral health needs.
- YOU will act as a liaison with individuals partnering agencies and supportive programs or services to guide the care of youth.
- YOU will identify assist families in accessing and monitor available services and natural supports for youth and families.
- YOU will provide culturally competent trauma informed wraparound services that center the needs of the youth.
- YOU will support parents and caregivers in learning effective advocacy skills.
Bilingual a plus!! We offer a bilingual bonus to any candidate who speaks reads and writes in a different language other than English.

Requirements:
- Bachelors OR Masters Degree in Social Work psychology or other related human service field required.
- Must have daily access to reliable insured vehicle and active Drivers License.
- Must be willing to maintain a flexible work schedule evening and some weekend hours.
- Experience navigating child/familyserving systems and working collaboratively with state agencies consumer advocacy groups and/or behavioral health facilities is preferred.
- Experience in working with and advocating for children/families with serious emotional/behavioral health needs is preferred.
- Knowledge of Wraparound systems of care and child welfare is preferred.
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
