Job Description

  • Lead mentor and develop the Transactions Supervisors Associates Specialists and Reporting Analysts and through them the initiatives with our stakeholders to drive the Transactional Finance P2P KPIs and process improvements as per benchmarks agreed with the Head of Financial Shared Service Transactions
  • Manage the P2P processes efficiently and effectively ensuring bottlenecks are addressed and work appropriately balanced to reduce financial risk lower costs and enable continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Deliver weekly payables 13weekcash forecast monitoring of actuals versus cash forecast and analyse any material differences
  • Continued development of the Accounts Payables invoice scanning and automation tool Cogent to optimise STP and process efficiencies within the team
  • Monthly review & release of GRNI / ITBR accruals
  • Produce monthly payables KPI/KRI reporting
  • Maintain schedule and deliver Vendor statements Reconciliations optimising use of Xelix tool to ensure appropriate coverage across our full vendor database
  • Lead internal and external audits ensuring all P2P Audit points are closed as per agreed timelines
  • Ensure adequate Controls are in place across Transactions P2P to mitigate Financial Operational Antibribery Fraud and Reputational risks
  • Influence peers to act on initiatives related to the endtoend Transactional processes manage the detailed work project plans necessary to the Finance Transformation ensuring delivery in a timely fashion of process improvements and automation solutions as per objectives agreed with Head of Financial Shared Service
  • Act as deputy for Head of Financial Shared Service
  • Keep up to date with any business change programs affecting Transactions processes and act as point of reference for systems development/testing requirements
