Summary: Read and analyzebanquet event orders determine proper set up timeline team assignments specificguest needs buffets action stations etc. Oversee room set ups ensuringcleanliness and proper set up. Monitor and maintain cleanliness sanitationand organization of service areas. Maintain storage areas for organizationstock quantities and condition cleanliness and rectify any deficiencies.Communicate with guests and other employees to ensure guest needs are met.Ensure staff are working together as a team. Direct final breakdown and cleanupof event spaces. Previousexperience required.

Essential Job Functions:
Be present on the restaurantand lobby floor engagingwith customers during event hours.
Speaking with guests or staffusing a clear professional and respectful language at all times.
Responds to individual guestneeds inquiries and/or complaints as they occur.
Ensurescustomer satisfaction with all aspects of the dining experience and/or hotelexperience
Ensure consistent product andservice.
Ensure service staffconsistently adheres to proper service procedures during operations.
Seeking out the latest trendsand products in industry and sharing it with the Special Events & CateringManager
Attendall BEO meetings and assist Special Events & Catering Manager with planningand preparation.
AssistSpecial Events & Catering Manager with training scheduling coaching andmotivating OnCall & Service Teams.
AssistSpecial Events & Catering Manager & Restaurant Managers with overseeingcontract labor when needed.
Perform& execute all event details as planned and designated by Restaurant Managerand/or Special Events & Catering Manager
Report toSpecial Events & Catering Menu any need for repairs or housekeeping of allrestaurant & banquet materials.
Assist inthe upkeep storage and organization of all banquet supplies
Adhere togrooming guidelines and standards.
Observe all legal guidelines and procedures of the TABC.
Thorough knowledge of productrecipes hotel policies and executing guest special requests.
Thorough knowledge of andcorrect application of all hotel policies procedures and practices.
Ability to maximizeeffective usage of the systems in place and recommend system improvements.
Perform other duties asassigned.
