Business Development Representative

in Middlesex & Union County NJ

Youll help them navigate the complex web of insurance government programs and community benefits to get them the care they need. As a Business Development Representative heres a bigpicture view of what youll do:

  • Be a trusted resource for patients and their families educating them on their options for home care and linking them to the best services for their needs whether its our agency or someone else
  • Personally visit and arrange meetings withhome care referral sources and prospective clients such as physicians hospitals skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities to grow and increase sales
  • Arrange presentations of home care services at staff meetings in hospitals nursing homes doctors offices and private companies
  • Network with others in the industry to develop additional lead sources
  • Track and report all prospecting account development referral and sales activity
  • Meet with manager weekly to discuss opportunities referrals status activity etc.
  • Manage periodic oncall calls with our office team

A few musthaves for Business Development Representatives:

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience preferably in healthcare services
  • Your own personal vehicle and a clean driving record
  • Demonstrated knowledge of home care services referral sources and payors
  • Excellent communication skills goaldriven mentality and ability to work independently
