A coveted well established multistate insurance defense law firm is seeking a qualified Associate Attorney with 2 5 years of insurance coverage defense experience to join their thriving Orlando office!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Admitted to practice in the State of FL
- 2 to 5 years of insurance coverage experience
- Superior analytical and problemsolving skills
- Solid research abilities and written and oral communication skills
- Strong work ethic ability to selfmanage and work in a team environment
- Actively review files and complete settlement analysis
- Extensive legal research experience and drafting memos and appeals
- Experience handling court appearances and depositions
- Heavy experience drafting pleadings and engage in discovery
- Promptly respond to emails and phone inquiries
- Proven excellent client service skills and telephone manner
