Job Posting Summary:
Ensworth School seeks to learn about dynamic and intellectually engaging educators who may be motivated to teach in our learning community now or in the future. Strong candidates will have demonstrated the ability to develop strong relationships with a diverse student body and to collaborate with colleagues across academic disciplines. A love for teaching lower school students (Grades K5 is essential to any future position as are the abilities to align teaching and learning to Ensworths Core Skills Framework. Strong pedagogical content knowledge and proficiency with educational technology are essential as is a growth mindset. Above all the successful applicant will have demonstrated a commitment to the principles expressed in the Ensworth Vision Statement executing their role with moral integrity intellectual vitality discipline compassion humor and joy.
Ensworth typically hires candidates for the following lower school teaching positions: Kindergarten Grades 15 World Language Physical Education Performing Arts and Visual Arts
