Job Description
Your mission
- You will proactively manage stakeholders budgets timelines and project structure for successful collaboration
- You take ownership of creating managing and monitoring project schedules in Jira
- You are taking care of the setup maintenance and administration of our Jira cloud infrastructure and its projects
- You manage project risks and develop contingency plans as needed
- You organize facilitate and followup on regular and projectspecific team meetings
- You monitor and report project progress to the Head of Project Management
Your profile
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent qualification
- Proven track record as a Project Manager / Project Leader or Scrum Master in the games or media industry
- Experience in managing several ongoing projects across multiple teams
- Detailoriented with strong communication organizational and time management skills
- Extensive Experience with Jira Cloud projects and its administration and customization (e.g. Automations Workflows Filters Permissions JQL)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Englishand German
- Certifications in project management (e.g. PRINCE PMP Scrum Master Product Owner) and Jira are an advantage

The company
