We are seeking a skilled HRIS professional to support maintain and enhance the Workday system at St John of God Health Care (SJGHC). In this role you will ensure Workday is configured to meet business requirements compliance standards and industry best practices while providing highquality system documentation.
The Position
Serve as a consultative partner to business and functional leads to continuously improve the HRIS system (Workday) at SJGHC.
Participate in various stages of the software development life cycle to deliver and support Workforce applications for use across the SJGHC organisation.
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of relevant applications and data integrations across Workforce Systems.
Attend to Service Desk Requests to ensure all relevant system incidents and requests are responded to in a timely manner.
Actively source system solutions based on industry best practice that delivers real value for the organisation.
Work with the relevant stakeholders to assist with the development of requirements for system projects as a subject matter expert in Workforce Systems HRIS applications.
Ensure uptodate documentation of system functions processes and capabilities.
Work with Digital Security and data owners to ensure appropriate security policies are applied systems and data.
Develop test maintain document and extract reports and files to meet the needs of the organisation and external agencies.
Ensure operational procedures are run as required to enable the efficient operation of HRIS systems e.g. archiving and auditing.
Ensure appropriate level of version management and change control are adhered to in line with the standards policies and guidelines in the team.
Develop maintain and document all relevant application systems in accordance with best practice and industry standards.
Provide enduser support and guidance on system practice and tools to promote best practice and ensure service levels are met.
Assist in investigating and advising on possible application system software solutions to specific business needs.
Participate in relevant application system usergroups.
Maintain knowledge of current relevant application technology developments and trends within information systems.
You will have proven experience related to the implementation and management of Workday within a complex environment. You will demonstrate the ability to apply this knowledge to optimise HRIS solutions ensuring effective alignment with organisational needs.
To succeed you will knowledge and understanding of operational HRIS procedures related activities and their relationships to systems and system design with demonstrated technical experience with Workday in high volume contexts.

We can offer you
Salary: $119910 to $133183 per annum plus 11.5 superannuation
Permanent FullTime opportunity working 38 hours per week
Role can be based in from our Perth CBD office or Melbourne CBD office
