Job Description
- Have the ability to work with both general and special educators to instruct and support students with multiple disabilities.
- Must have the ability to develop modify and accommodate curriculum to address the needs of students with a variety of developmental challenges.
- The ability to implement modified curriculum within the classroom setting as well as in a pull out setting.
- The ability to follow a behavioral plan as needed for students success within the mainstream setting. A
- strong background in both literacy and math instruction at the early grades and ages.
- Have the ability to be flexible and be a team player.
- Strong communication skills both oral and written are a must.
- Ability to supervise and effectively schedule paraeducators
