Job Description

Title: IT Business Development Executive (BDE)

Required Experience: 3 Years

Location: Mohali PB

Position Overview:


We are currently seeking enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executives to play a pivotal role in our companys growth. They should be adept at establishing new client relationships and nurturing existing ones all while demonstrating exceptional negotiation skills.

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels such as online platforms Email marketing Social media and Networking events Database.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

Identify potential clients through market research networking and industry events.

Initiate contact with prospects via cold calls emails and social media.

Qualify leads to determine their potential and readiness for engagement.

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

Conduct meetings presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

Sales and Negotiation:

Develop and deliver sales proposals and presentations.

Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Travel:

Travel to meet clients if required attend industry events and represent the company at conferences and trade shows.

Coordinate travel plans and manage schedules efficiently.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of solutions.

Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market trends.

Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities client interactions and pipeline status.

Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.

Email Campaigns:

Identify and target potential clients through email campaigns.

Follow up with leads generated from email campaigns.


Qualifications:


Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.

Proven experience in business development sales or a similar role within the IT industry.

Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.

Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel frequently.
