Responsibilities:
As a Home Health CNA you will provide direct patient care assist with daily living activities and support the health safety and emotional needs of our clients.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active CNA Certification in Colorado
- CPR Certification
- Valid Drivers License Auto Insurance and/or Reliable Transportation
- Ability to Lift 50 lbs
- Compassionate Nature and excellent communication skills
