As Director of Stadium and Parking Operations you will lead the charge in managing and enhancing worldclass venues like Paycor Stadium and Great American Ball Park as well as overseeing Hamilton County Parking Operations. Summary of Job Duties: - Manages and administers the complex management structure and the associated agreements at Paycor Stadium Great American Ball Park (GABP) and Hamilton County Parking operations along the riverfront.
- Serves as County liaison for creating all license agreements for other events with sports teams at both stadiums.
- Plans organizes directs staff and controls the activities of the Department of Stadia & Parking.
- Prepares annual budget requests and projections and monitors budget to ensure compliance.
- Coordinates Stadium and parking management issues with applicable parties.
- Maintains various records reflecting the status of maintenance projects problems encountered and other related information.
- Confers with BOCC elected officials administrator department heads teams and others regarding maintenance construction and renovation projects and operational problems and needs
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Management Business Administration or related field.
- five 5 years related experience (two years of which pertain to stadia and parking operations).
- or seven 7 years experience which indicates a thorough knowledge of government structure Ohio Revised Code and Engineering practices.
- comprehensive knowledge of contract administration design/construction management Public Project Administration and stadia and parking operations.
- Valid Drivers License issued by the state of residency.
- Preferred Qualifications: Certified Facility Manager. Serves in the unclassified status

- 40 Hour Work Week generally between core hours of 7:305:30
