Positionsummary
TheOracle Finance Systems Analyst will collaborate withand support the global systems and finance teams in designing configuring andmaintaining companys financial systems specifically focusing on Oracle EnterprisePerformance Management (Consolidation Month End control and Budgeting & Forecasting).This role will require interaction with users of the core systems to helpdefine and document requirements and translate these into technicalspecifications prior to being able to configure the solutions forimplementation. The role will also be required to collaborate with othersystems resources for joint efforts on administration and configurationresponsibilities but also with endusers for training and support.
Responsibilities
Maintainingcore Finance solutions primary focus being Oracle EPM but may also includeother systems such as SAP Business ByDesign and Concur ensuring:
o Newentities are managed and created across all systems
o Executingrequired system administration tasks in alignment with necessary Monthendprocesses
Analyzingthe core financial systems requirements arising from evolving businessrequirements and change requests
CompilingTechnical Specification documents for the relevant changes to conversionsinterfaces reports enhancements or forms
Makingconfiguration changes while following our change request process
Assistingin the design of processes involving the core financial systems
Undertakeor support all forms of testing (unit integration and help manage usersthrough user acceptance testing)
Followingrequired SDLC processes such that any changes applied to production are held toa high standard via adequate design testing and approval
Assistingin the promotion of configuration and levelzero Master Data changes to production
Ensureany changes to systems are communicated to applicable stakeholders
Providingappropriate training and trainingrelated documentation to endusers
Testingnew functionality and upgrades in line with upgrade plans
Assistingendusers with the creation of reusable and repeatable reports utilising thefinancial systems to deliver these
Assistwith documentation of processes and procedures as needed
Supportingendusers with issues and queries relating to the systems and processes

Qualifications/ Experience:
Minimum5year experience in systems analyst or systems accounting role.
Professionalservices background preferable
Priorexperience of at least 2 years working with Oracle EPM preferably performingsystem configuration
Provenhistory of implementing process improvements
Experiencein providing support to finance and nonfinance staff
Proficientin Excel and prior experience with an ERP system
Strongknowledge of accounting principles practices and procedures
Highattention to detail and responsiveness to customer queries
