Requirements
the Sales ExecutiveTeam:
Overseedaily operations and performance of the sales executives.
Provideguidance training and support to enhance their skills andeffectiveness.
Calls:
Superviseand sometimes directly participate in sales calls made by theexecutives to understand customer interactions and identifyimprovement areas.
of Sales Targets:
Regularlycheck that the team meets predefined call and interaction targetswith potential and existing customers.
Trackand ensure that each team member meets or exceeds monthly salesgoals providing support or intervention when necessary.
Meetings:
Conductregular team meetings to review progress toward sales targetsdiscuss strategies and address any issues or opportunities.
Orders:
Manageand prepare monthly purchase orders to suppliers based on salesforecasts and inventory needs.
Payments:
Keeptrack of any outstanding payments from customers.
Implementeffective collection strategies to ensure timely payments andminimize financial risk.
Strategic Tasks:
Handleadministrative duties related to sales.
Develop strategicplans to improve sales and profitability.
