- Reviews daily routes and ensures routing efficiency to deliver RollOff/Portable Toilet Combination Containers to customer jobsites safely and on time.
- Communicates with customers and homeowners to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Daily utilization of Whip Around Maintenance and Inspection program. Ensures compliance with safety rules and regulations including completion of Safety PreTrip inspections according to DOT guidelines.
- Troubleshoots repair and maintenance items and provides daily updates.
- Builds and maintains good working relationships with project managers.
- Run weekly meetings and communicate company policies to Drivers.
- Hire Train and conduct Performance Reviews of Drivers.
- Work side by side with office manager to handle customer complaints or critical matters in order to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Records and reviews Driver Hours and confirms hours are logged accurately as required by DOT guidelines.
- Directs and oversees transportation operations within the company.
- Deliver RollOff/Portable Toilet Combination Containers to customer jobsites safely and empty containers and wastewater tanks at disposal sites.
- Commercial driving: 1 year (Preferred)
- Management experience: 3 years (Preferred)
- CDL Class A or B (Required)
- DOT Medical Card (Required)
- Driver History Report (MVR Required)
