Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Job Position: Production Manager (Building related)
Ref: 5002
Location: PE/Gqeberha (Deal Party)
Salary: R28 500 per month commensurate with qualification and experience
Qualifications / Requirements:
Production management/factory management experience
Any exposure to building/related sector highly advantageous
Experience:
Planning and scheduling implementing production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines
Quality control establishing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure products meet standards
Resource management managing resources including materials equipment and personnel to optimise production efficiency
Team leadership motivating and supervising production staff to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment
Problemsolving identifying and resolving production issues promptly and effectively
Equipment maintenance regular production equipment checks to prevent major issues
To maintain good housekeeping prioritize regular cleaning and ensure proper storage of materials and equipment
Desired Experience & Qualification
