About the Role

You will develop and implement comprehensive strategies to optimise customer interactions across EDM SMS & Rich Push aiming to improve customer experience satisfaction and loyalty while also driving revenue and operational efficiency. You will lead a team of 3 Customer Contact Strategy Managers.

What Youll Do

  • Lead and mentor a highperforming team fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Manage the teams P&L budget and forecasting.
  • Lead prioritisation forums to ensure we are contacting the right customer segment at the right time in the right channel.
  • Collaborate with marketing creative risk and product teams to align strategies.
  • Drive a testandlearn approach to improve customer experience and performance.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Manage vendor partnerships including email deliverability and live content enhancements.
  • Oversee audience segmentation suppression governance and regulatory compliance.

What Youll Bring

  • 5 years in direct marketing with multichannel CRM expertise.
  • 3 years leading teams in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices across email SMS mobile push and owned channels.
  • Experience in marketing automation customer lifecycle strategies and analytics.
  • Proven project management skills and ability to drive innovation.
  • Experience managing budgets resources and vendor relationships.
  • Knowledge of regulated industries wagering or sports is a plus.
