Job Title: Senior Attorney Trust and Estate Litigation

About the Role:
A boutique law firm in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced Senior Attorney with a strong background in trust and estate litigation to join their team. This is a key role focused on managing and resolving a growing volume of complex litigation matters involving trusts estates fiduciary disputes and probate issues.
The ideal candidate will have extensive courtroom and mediation experience excellent client communication skills and a proactive approach to case strategy and resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of trust and estate litigation including contested wills and trusts breach of fiduciary duty conservatorships and elder abuse claims
Develop and implement litigation strategies and manage cases from intake to resolution
Conduct legal research draft pleadings motions discovery responses and settlement agreements
Represent clients in court hearings depositions mediations and trials
Communicate effectively with clients opposing counsel experts and the court
Collaborate with the firms team to support high-quality service and positive outcomes for clients
Requirements:
JD from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership
Minimum 7 years of litigation experience with a focus on trust and estate matters
Strong knowledge of California probate code and relevant case law
Proven courtroom experience and ability to handle complex litigation independently
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Professionalism discretion and a client-focused mindset
Preferred:
Experience handling high-net-worth or celebrity estate cases is a plus
Trial experience in probate court preferred
