Aspen Careers is partnering with a midsized firm in Cleveland Ohio to find a Estate Planning Associate to add to their growing team.
The opportunity:
- Seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Attorney to join our dedicated estate planning team.
- Involvement in drafting wills trusts and all necessary estate planning forms and documents.
- Opportunities to advise clients on estate and trust matters ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
- Strong emphasis on providing tailored solutions for clients estate planning needs.
- Billable hour requirement of 1500 hrs.
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in trust and estate law.
- Proficient in drafting wills trusts and estate planning documents.
- Knowledge of gift and estate tax implications is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Must possess an Ohio bar license.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
