Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of the Operations Scorecard ensuring accurate and timely data feeds and analysis across workstreams.
- Design and implement interactive dashboards and advanced visualizations to support datadriven decisionmaking.
- Collaborate with teams to automate data capture and integrate manual processes into streamlined workflows.
- Develop maintain and optimize APIs to enhance data transfer and system interoperability.
- Ensure data quality accuracy and integrity through robust validation and monitoring practices.
- Manage data sources across categories such as People Quality Safety Service Delivery and Cost ensuring relevance and alignment with business objectives.
- Communicate insights effectively to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders to drive actionable outcomes.
Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- Proven experience 3 years) as a Data Analyst Data Engineer or in a similar role involving analytics and reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL Python Tableau Power BI or similar data analysis and visualization tools.
- Handson experience with API development and data automation processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to bridge technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Experience with environmental health safety (EHS) and sustainability metrics.
- Familiarity with industryspecific data sources and KPIs.
- Experience in automating manual data capture processes and integrating diverse data systems.
