Job Overview
Planning Manager position with Sobha Limited requiring a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 15 years of experience. This is a FullTime role located in Bangalore Gurgaon and Ahmedabad.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for projects
- Oversee project management activities
- Allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements
- Utilize Oracle Primavera and MSP for planning and scheduling
- Resolve projectrelated issues through effective problemsolving
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in real estate planning and development
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and building codes
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
- Minimum 1015Yr Experience in the real estate High rise building
- Bachelors/ Master degree in Civil Engineering
- Hands on experience in Primavera or MSP
