Job Description
We are looking for technically skilled candidates with good interpersonal skills for the Technical Support position. Candidate would be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues providing resolution and support the rollout of new applications among other duties.
Moreover Candidate would need to interact with client directly requiring good written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation & deployment of Code on Web servers like JBOSS Tomcat etc.
- Carrying out System Integrated Testing after implementation of new code
- Monitoring Production system checking CPU utilization memory utilization etc
- Monitoring transactions & checking dispute transactions
- Generating reports as per requirement
- Identifying production issues
- Coordinating with development team for Production issues & new requirements
