Job Description

Youll join our Xplor Pay vertical and the team that develops a complete range of payments solutions including pointofsale ecommerce mobile inapp recurring billing einvoicing and autoreconciliation.  Our cloudbased solutions allow for seamless secure processing and help our customers increase revenue so they become more profitable. 

To thrive in this role you will need to take ownership of discovery processes gathering business customer and system requirements developing a deep understanding of pain points and designing solutions to meet those needs that can then be translated to our development teams for execution and delivery. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of the payments ecosystem payment technology integration and have experience with agile methodologies. Our APOs work with technical teams as a critical conduit in conveying business objectives vision and expected outcomes sprintbysprint. 

Responsibilities 

  • Become a recognized subject matter expert on the functions and uses of the platforms you support which span qualification clearing billing and settlement reconciliation and card network compliance. 

  • Participate in the product discovery process conduct customer research gather insights from stakeholders and synthesize data applying various techniques and tools to generate and validate product ideas which are aligned to customer problems. 

  • Support drive and socialize the product roadmap prioritizing work to deliver the right business value at the right time ensuring your product is aligned with the companys strategic goals. 

  • Gather and search large technical/business documents and data sets to find important information that translates to requirements or supports research and troubleshooting activities. 

  • Create supporting materials such as workflow diagrams and wireframes to effectively communicate business objectives concepts requirements and acceptance criteria to your development team ensuring successful endtoend delivery of solutions. 

  • Deliver timely high quality and complete requirements in the form of epics features and user stories. 

  • Own the development backlog and prioritize effectively by balancing strategic product roadmap deliverables with incoming business and user needs in addition to critical support items raised. 

  • Actively manage scrum planning activities and agile ceremonies encouraging selforganization and management. 

  • Help to set product goals key results and metrics (OKRs) for product success and monitor progress towards achieving them. 

  • Work collaboratively with gotomarket teams including marketing risk customer support and engineering in the planning and coordination of releases to ensure successful product launches. 

  • Assist with continuous product planning working with crossfunctional teams to align on product priorities managing dependencies and defining delivery plans. 


Qualifications :

What would make me a good candidate

  • 5years of experience in product or business analysis roles at highgrowth organizations ideally with experience in the payments and/or fintech spaces 

  • Demonstrated success supporting product and/or development strategies defining documenting developing and launching platform capabilities and products. 

  • Experience working with APIs frontend and backend architecture and UX within regulated industries adhering to legal risk and compliance requirements. 

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Able to communicate findings clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences. 

  • Ability to collect analyze and interpret data to make and explain decisions while managing multiple initiatives at different stages prioritizing effectively and managing time wisely to achieve objectives. 

  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Experience driving priorities and collaboration crossfunctionally.
