Dispatcher Boise ID Metro Area

Position includes opening & closing work orders create invoices order parts monitor routes direct field personnel and assist with other administrative duties

At least 2 years of dispatch experience
Wellestablished Boise Technology Company needs several experienced dependable & hardworking dispatchers to help us service our clients. These positions are long term and fulltime employment opportunities for qualified applicants. Some requirements:
- 24 years of dispatch experience
- Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Possess excellent organizational skills
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability and desire to learn and grow in this position
- Be willing to attend training classes
- Possess a current drivers license and clean driving record
Potential duties include independently and fully resolving customer problems by opening and closing work orders ordering parts producing and transmitting invoices maintaining accurate and logical call logs monitoring technician routes recording information and directing field service personnel. Our dispatchers must be able to multitask exhibit excellent communication skill and last develop and use superb organizational and interpersonal skills Company offers competitive and excellent pay & benefits to qualified candidates if you are interested in this position we would love to hear from you.
