Als Health & Proof Solutions Division mit Sitz in Singen spezialisieren wir uns auf mageschneiderte Softwarelsungen zur Integration in bestehende Systeme insbesondere fr den Gesundheitsmarkt sowie die Pharma und Druckindustrie. Wir entwickeln individuelle Softwareprodukte und komponenten zur Integration in bestehende Systeme mageschneidert und spezifisch fr einzelne Branchen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• bernahme des 1st und 2ndLevelSupports an unserer technischen Hotline
• Erster Ansprechpartner fr unsere Geschftskunden bei Strungen
• Ermittlung schneller und effizienter Lsungen im Team
• Dokumentation aller Vorflle in unserem Ticketsystem
• bernahme der Installation und Konfiguration von Laptops Druckern Kartenlesern Konnektoren und anderen Hardwaregerten um eine reibungslose Nutzung fr unsere Kunden zu gewhrleisten
• Verantwortlich fr Tests Problemanalysen und Qualittssicherung unserer Hardwareprodukte um hchste Standards zu gewhrleisten
• Gelegentliche VorOrtBesuche in Krankenhusern zur Ersetzung oder Installation neuer Gerte nach Vereinbarung
• Installation von Software auf verschiedenen Gerten und Sicherstellung dass unsere Kunden stets mit den neuesten Anwendungen ausgestattet sind

Ihre Qualifikationen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung z.B. als ITTechniker ITAdministrator oder Elektrotechniker
• Fhrerschein der Klasse B
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit zwischen 07:00 und 23:00 Uhr einschlielich Bereitschaftsdienst an Wochenenden
• Gutes technisches Verstndnis und starke Kunden und Serviceorientierung
• Fhigkeit zur Teamarbeit sowie selbststndigem und strukturiertem Arbeiten
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse und Kommunikationsfhigkeit erforderlich
• Kenntnisse im Bereich der TelematikInfrastruktur wnschenswert

As the Health & Proof Solutions division based in Singen we specialize in customized software solutions for integration into existing systems specifically for the healthcare market as well as the pharmaceutical and printing industries. We develop individual software products and components for integration into existing systems tailored and specific to individual industries.

Your Tasks

• Take over 1st and 2nd level support on our technical hotline
• Be the first point of contact for our business customers in case of disruptions
• Determine quick and efficient solutions within the team
• Document all incidents in our ticket system
• Take over the installation and configuration of laptops printers card readers connectors and other hardware devices to ensure smooth usage for our customers
• Responsible for testing problem analysis and quality assurance of our hardware products to ensure the highest standards
• Occasionally conduct onsite visits in hospitals to replace or install new devices as agreed
• Install software on various devices and ensure that our customers are always equipped with the latest applications

Your Qualifications

• Successfully completed technical training e.g. as an IT technician IT administrator or electrical technician
• Class B drivers license
• Ability to work in shifts between 07:00 and 23:00 including oncall duty on weekends
• Good understanding of technology and a strong customer and service orientation
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently and in a structured manner
• Good knowledge and communication of German is required
• Knowledge in the telematics infrastructure environment is desirable
