About the Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our dynamic team focused on highrise residential and group housing projects in Rajasthan. Our Head Office is in Gurugram. This role encompasses comprehensive involvement from architectural design to onsite . The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep interest and understanding of construction materials cost considerations and local building codes and bylaws.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle ensuring timely delivery of all architectural outputs. Manage project timelines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to keep the project on track without overburdening the team.
- Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to ensure the construction adheres strictly to the approved drawings. Provide constructive feedback and make necessary design adjustments based on realtime site challenges.
- Interdisciplinary Coordination: Work collaboratively with structural engineers MEP consultants and other relevant professionals to ensure seamless project .
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the project team effectively fostering a collaborative work environment that maintains high productivity without the need for overtime.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all site activities comply with the approved GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and stay updated with relevant building byelaws and codes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in architecture from a reputable institution.
- Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in architecture and onsite project with a preference for those who have worked on highrise residential buildings.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with BIM tools such as Revit and Navisworks is preferred. A willingness to embrace and stay abreast of technological advancements in the field is highly valued.
- Skills: Strong project management team leadership and problemsolving skills. Should have the ability to generate and interpret BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Personal Traits: Commitment to quality and ethical work practices. Strong communication skills and the ability to take full ownership of work.
