Job Description
Are you an experienced Dealer looking to take the next step in your career Join a wellestablished CySEC regulated investment firm that specializes in providing cuttingedge financial and investment technology services to highnetworth professional traders and institutions.
With a strong focus on delivering superior trading conditions tailored investment strategies and global market access they are now looking for a skilled professional to enhance their dealing team as Senior Dealer.
Location: Limassol Cyprus (Fully onsite)
Rotational shift schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM
Salary range: (depending on experience Mid to Senior): 2850 to 3500 euro gross/month
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation of trading platforms and ensure smooth .
- Stay updated with market news and analyze its impact on trading activity.
- Monitor company exposure assess risk and provide strategic insights.
- Implement and improve company dealing procedures.
- Review client accounts analyze trading patterns and identify risk factors.
- Detect and report abusive trading behavior.
- Lead and participate in department projects for optimization and efficiency.
- Prepare analyze and submit trading reports.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior dealers.
Requirements:
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of two to three years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Indepth knowledge of MT5 Manager/Client Terminal.
- Strong understanding of financial markets trading strategies and risk management.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced regulated environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Ability to work on a shift schedule including night shifts.
Education:
- University degree in Mathematics Statistics Finance Economics or a related field.
- CySEC Advanced Certification is highly preferred.
