In this role youll support German businesses and agencies by launching and optimizing their digital advertising campaigns driving real results for their success.
Your Role:
As a Campaign Specialist you will collaborate with German clients guiding them through their first digital advertising campaigns. Its a role where youll be focused on achieving personal goals while working as part of a supportive onboarding team.
Key Responsibilities:
Be a trusted consultant helping clients set up and run successful PPC campaigns.
Understand client objectives and offer tailored solutions that drive business growth.
Manage spend upsell opportunities and ensure longterm campaign effectiveness.
Handle a high volume of daily client interactions via phone providing toptier support.
Preferred Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent (an MA/MSc in Marketing Digital Marketing or Communications is a plus).
12 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
Strong drive to meet productivity customer satisfaction and target goals.
Exceptional communication skills both for phone pitches and creating persuasive proposals.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze data and leverage insights for optimization.
Clientoriented with a passion for customer interaction and business growth.
A proactive team player who thrives in a fastpaced environment.
Nativelevel German proficiency.
Highlevel English proficiency.
