Job Description
Overview:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for promoting and selling bancassurance products which include a range of insurance solutions / banking product offered through a banks network.
This role involves interacting with customers understanding their financial needs and providing suitable insurance products that align with their requirements.
What will you do:
- Sell and promote bancassurance products and identify customer segments for new sales
- Perform prospecting and cold calls to engage with potential customers for sales
- Participate in sales and marketing events to acquire new customers
- Establish business relationships with customers to strengthen rapport for up selling
- activities
- Provide financial advice and follow up service on policy matters to customers
Who are we looking for:
- Candidates with Bachelors degree in any related field.
- Candidates with atleast 1year of business development/ sales experience for Banking & Insurance products.
- Able to fluently speak in English and Malay. Chinese is advantage.
