Job Description

Business Development Manager (Glasgow)

Location: Glasgow (hybrid/officebased)
Salary:DOE
Bonus/Commission: Quarterly payments of(circa.per annum)
Start Date: Late May/early June 2025

About the Role

Were recruiting for a rapidly growing property business in Glasgow. As Business Development Manager youll be responsible for driving new client acquisition nurturing key relationships and hitting ambitious sales targets to support the companys next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research networking and outreach.

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients; manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close.

  • Presentations & Proposals: Prepare tailored pitches and proposals to showcase the companys expertise and value proposition.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms handle objections and secure deals that meet or exceed revenue targets.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing operations and service delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional client experience.

  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the CRM and deliver regular pipeline and performance updates to senior management.

About You

  • Proven Sales Track Record: Minimum 23 years B2B sales or business development experience (property sector experience is a plus).

  • TargetDriven: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed ambitious sales targets.

  • Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written skills with confidence in presenting at all levels.

  • SelfStarter: Highly motivated resourceful and comfortable working autonomously in a fastpaced environment.

  • Relationship Builder: Natural networker who can develop trust and rapport quickly.
