Job Description

Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location:
Remote LATAM preferred (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1500 USD $25 per qualified call; OTE: $3000 $4000 USD/month

Work Schedule:
Monday Thursday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST); Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a driven highly organized Sales Development Representative (SDR) to handle inbound leads generated through paid advertising. Your job is to conduct discovery calls qualify leads and schedule appointments with the sales team. This is a great fit for candidates who thrive on structure are motivated by results and are looking to grow in a dynamic fastpaced team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with new inbound leads from paid ad campaigns.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs.
  • Qualify leads according to internal criteria.
  • Schedule appointments with closers and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Maintain accurate call notes and pipeline records in CRM.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and strong communication.


Qualifications:

  • Fluent English (verbal and written)
  • Prior experience in sales lead qualification or appointment setting
  • Comfortable speaking with small business owners
  • Consistent detailoriented and reliable with followups
  • Familiar with remote work tools (e.g. Slack) and CRMs
  • Motivated by performancebased compensation


NicetoHaves:

  • Experience working with home service businesses or U.S. SMBs.
  • Familiarity with marketing SEO or working within a digital agency.
  • Exposure to tools like Aloware (training will be provided).
