Job Description
Job Title: Cluster Head ADRV
Department: Sales

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Cluster Head ADRV to lead and drive sales operations in designated locations. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the Life Insurance sector particularly in the Agency or Direct channel with proven expertise in managing teams and driving revenue growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and manage FLS managers to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales and ensure business growth.
- Drive revenue generation through new customer acquisitions and business expansion.
- Establish strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide timely insights to the management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead in the industry.
- Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 5–10 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing FLS managers.
- Strong expertise in the Agency or Direct channel.
- Candidates who have resided in the same city for at least 2–3 years are preferred.
- Former employees of Max Life Insurance (MLI) will be given preference.
