Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled Vulnerability Management Engineer to enhance our security posture by identifying analyzing and mitigating vulnerabilities across cloud environments containers databases applications and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in security testing methodologies vulnerability assessments and penetration testing along with strong analytical and programming skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Vulnerability Assessments and Vulnerability Scanning across cloud container database and application environments.
Perform Static Application Security Testing (SAST) and Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) to identify security weaknesses in applications.
Execute Infrastructure Penetration Testing and Web Application Penetration Testing based on OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.
Research analyze and report on discovered vulnerabilities providing actionable remediation recommendations.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Maintain and enhance Vulnerability Management processes including tracking and reporting security issues.
Utilize scripting and automation tools including Python to improve security testing efficiency.
Stay uptodate with emerging security threats and evolving vulnerability management techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Handson experience in Vulnerability Analysis Vulnerability Discovery and Vulnerability Research.
Expertise in Cloud Security Container Security and Database Scanning methodologies.
Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 security risks and mitigations.
Experience with security tools for SAST DAST and Vulnerability Scanning.
Knowledge of Analytical Acumen Analytical Modeling and security reporting.
Proficiency in Python for automation and security scripting.
