Job Description
Were seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer Lead to join our clients team. As a Senior AI/ML Engineer Lead you will lead the development and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions driving innovation and growth across the organization. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to design develop and integrate AI/ML models into business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Lead a team of AI/ML engineers providing technical guidance mentorship and oversight.
- Solution Architecture: Design and architect AI/ML solutions ensuring scalability reliability and performance.
- Model Development: Develop and deploy machine learning models using various algorithms and techniques.
- Model Deployment: Deploy models in production environments ensuring seamless integration with business operations.
- Technical Innovation: Stay uptodate with industry trends researching and implementing new AI/ML technologies and techniques.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists product managers and other stakeholders to integrate AI/ML solutions into business operations.
- Technical Documentation: Document technical designs architectures and implementation details.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Programming: Proficiency in languages such as Python Java or C.
- Machine Learning: Experience with machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch scikitlearn).
- Deep Learning: Experience with deep learning frameworks and techniques (e.g. CNNs RNNs LSTMs).
- Cloud Experience: Experience with cloudbased technologies (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
- Containerization: Experience with containerization tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
Soft Skills:
- Leadership: Proven experience leading technical teams with strong leadership and management skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- ProblemSolving: Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
