What this job involves:
Join JLLs Science & Innovation Agency team providing unparalleled advice to investors developers and occupiers across the UK Life Sciences sector.
As a Director you will have the opportunity to lead in a rapidly growing market driving innovative solutions and advanced strategies.
What your daytoday will look like:
- Lead advisory initiatives for major clients in highprofile acquisition disposal leasing and development for cuttingedge life sciences schemes within the UK
- Oversee the management and of these initiatives acting as an influential leader within a closeknit team
- Drive business generation by identifying new leasing site acquisition and disposal opportunities through strategic client relationship building
- Scout and secure sites for development on behalf of developer and investor clients focusing on life sciences facilities
- Collaborate closely with the Life Sciences Capital Markets team and other relevant teams to enhance revenue through strategic crossselling
- Based in London the role covers the UK markets and offers rapid career progression within a dynamic marketleading team
Desired or Preferred Experience and Technical Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of the Life Sciences sector including the acquisition and disposal process client strategy and development negotiation
- Exceptional communication skills capable of influencing clients and colleagues at all levels
- Proficient in written presentation and oral communication with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- A collaborative team player with strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities
- Selfmotivated and entrepreneurial with a strong focus on delivering topquality client service
- Ability to provide insights on market trends and adapt both approach and strategy to client needs
- Preferably 5 years of postqualification experience in a life sciences or related agency/development team
