The base salary for this position is dependent upon experience and location:
Location: Orange CT
Salary range: $125766.00 to $157208.00
Work collaboratively or independently within UI Electric Operations to plan analyze and maximize operational and financial performance. Manage direct and oversee all UI Electric Operations financial planning and results activity. Including the preparation and management of annual/quarterly/monthly OpEx budget and results analysis. Manage develop and enhance metrics tracking business performance. Identify trends and produce adhoc analysis. Proactively engage with UI Electric Operations leadership to support greater enterprise value creation. Act as liaison between UI Electric Operations and corporate partners. Corporate Accounting Control Investment Planning and Regulatory. Lead recurring UI Electric Operations results discussion driving focus around performance. Solicit feedback identify root cause and corrective action. Lead manage evaluate and develop a diverse team of professional staff members. Additionally recruit train motivate and retain a professional staff. Support their ongoing professional development and promote/sustain collaborative environment. Provide expert assistance on financial/regulatory matters. Rate case guidance support and documentation. Oversee UI Electric Operations Major Storm finance role. Including real time Major Storm cost estimation and master data creation. Also responsible for all Major Storm finance internal/external reporting and data requests.
