Night reception supervisor

The Delta Hotels by Marriott Bristol City Centre has an opportunity for a night reception supervisor to join our Front Office team.

The four star awardwinning Delta Hotels by Marriott Bristol City Centre is ideally located in the heart of Bristol near Cabot Circus and is the destination of choice for business travelers and tourists alike.

Marriotts award winning in house development program recognizes nurtures and promotes talent. Benefit from industry leading training whilst also having the opportunity to transfer internationally within the largest hotel network in the world.

This role is paid at 11.50 per hour.

Main Duties

  • Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role
  • Promoting a welcoming environment
  • Assist in the end of day procedures
  • To be the person on duty for the hotel when required
  • To ensure all guest complaints and requests are followed up and dealt with professionally and efficiently.
  • To upskill and develop all associates

What do you need to apply

We look for enthusiasm ability to adapt well presented excellent customer service skills and flexibility to work all shift patterns. It is essential you have reception experience within a hotel of similar size. Supervisory skills are desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
