The HR Recruiter plays a vital role in the organizations talent acquisition strategy acting as a bridge between the company and potential candidates. This position is essential for attracting sourcing and hiring topnotch talent that aligns with the companys goals and culture. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications and ideal candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through various channels including social media job boards and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process for open positions.
- Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate recruitment metrics for tracking effectiveness.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings on final candidates.
- Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events to promote the organization.
- Develop job descriptions and post openings on various platforms.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems effectively for managing candidate flow.
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions.
- Enhance employer branding through effective communication and engagement strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong familiarity with various recruitment tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience with conducting behavioral interviews.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Adaptability to changing hiring needs and market conditions.
- Experience in employer branding and creating a positive candidate experience.
