Job Description

Overview
The HR Recruiter plays a vital role in the organizations talent acquisition strategy acting as a bridge between the company and potential candidates. This position is essential for attracting sourcing and hiring topnotch talent that aligns with the companys goals and culture. A competent HR Recruiter not only identifies suitable candidates but also engages them ultimately enhancing the overall hiring process efficiency. This role requires a keen understanding of industry trends recruitment techniques and the ability to analyze candidates qualifications. The HR Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements of open positions and promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. By employing innovative sourcing strategies and maintaining an uptodate talent pipeline the HR Recruiter will significantly contribute to the organization s growth and success thus playing a crucial role in its overall workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through various channels including social media job boards and networking.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process for open positions.
  • Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate recruitment metrics for tracking effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings on final candidates.
  • Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events to promote the organization.
  • Develop job descriptions and post openings on various platforms.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems effectively for managing candidate flow.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions.
  • Enhance employer branding through effective communication and engagement strategies.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong familiarity with various recruitment tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Experience with conducting behavioral interviews.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Adaptability to changing hiring needs and market conditions.
  • Experience in employer branding and creating a positive candidate experience.
  • Familiarity with diversity recruitment practices.
  • Possess a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
