Our client is looking for a remote manufacturing recruiter. We are looking for a recruiter who lives in CST time zone and has experience recruiting for production roles.
Responsibilities:
- Source screen and interview candidates for various manufacturing and production roles
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the manufacturing industry
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions
- Conduct initial phone screenings
- Manage the fullcycle recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in manufacturing recruitment
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Note: This position is remote and requires residence in the CST time zone. Experience in recruiting for manufacturing production roles is essential.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of recruiting experience preferably in manufacturing or production environments
- Must live in CST time zone
- Demonstrated experience with highvolume recruiting
- Proven track record of recruiting for manufacturing production roles
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
