About the Role

As a Senior Bar Manager you will play a crucial role in our team contributing to the overall guest experience and ensuring operational excellence. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for leadership and luxury hospitality.

What Youll Do

    Key Responsibilities:

    Bar Operations & Service Excellence Manage the daily operations of all bars ensuring smooth and efficient service that meets RIUs high standards.
    Beverage & Menu Management Develop innovative drink menus maintain quality standards and introduce trending cocktails to enhance guest experience.
    Financial & Cost Control Oversee budgets control beverage costs monitor inventory and maximize profitability.
    Team Leadership & Training Recruit train and mentor a team of bartenders and bar staff to deliver exceptional service.
    Guest Satisfaction Ensure outstanding customer service handle guest feedback and create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
    Compliance & Safety Enforce hygiene health and safety regulations while ensuring responsible alcohol service.
    Event & Promotions Management Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to organize themed nights live entertainment and special events.

    What Were Looking For

    Proven experience in bar management preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
    Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
    Excellent knowledge of cocktails wines and spirits
    Ability to work under pressure and manage a highvolume operation
    Fluent in Enlish French or any other additional language will be a plus
