Job description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Intern to report directly to the BI & Analytics Manager. The ideal candidate will assist in understanding and transforming data into actionable insights to drive business decisions and optimize performance. The candidate will also collaborate with various global departments to gather requirements bring support design reports and conduct analysis.
Main responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data from multiple sources
- Assist in designing and implementing data models and databases for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards reports and data visualizations to support business objectives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct adhoc analysis to answer business questions and solve problems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data accuracy integrity and security.
- CRM management and support for all sharingbox countries
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Economy Computer Science Statistics or related field.
- Fluent English (both written and spoken) MANDATORY
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Looker Tableau Power BI or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Ideal candidate:
- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation (strong PLUS).
- Excellent command of Excel for data analysis and manipulation with a particular focus on advanced functions and reporting tools
- Prior internship or work experience in business intelligence data analysis or related fields is a plus.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as PHP Python HTML or JavaScript
