Job Description
Ampols Delivery team acts as strategic enabler to our transformation and our operating model ensuring we responsibly invest in the right priorities to maximise value consistently deliver impactful outcomes and align Tech Digital & Data (TDD) to Ampol Groups strategic goals and outcomes.
The Kaituki Tukunga Panonitanga Transformation Delivery Lead will lead the successful delivery of digital transformation and productivity initiatives with a focus on improving operational efficiency accelerating change adoption and realising tangible benefits across the organisation.
You will have the opportunity to
- Identify prioritise and execute transformation initiatives for TDD that drive operational efficiency and business value.
- Own the transformation delivery pipeline from idea intake and backlog prioritization to initiative scoping delivery and benefits tracking.
- Translate improvement opportunities maturity goals and strategic objectives into structured actionable projects with clear ownership and delivery plans.
- Develop structured assessment and evaluation processes to transform opera
- Lead endtoend initiative delivery including planning budgeting stakeholder alignment governances resource management and reporting.
- Proactively manage dependencies risks and issues continuously improve delivery practices tolls and governance.
Qualifications :
What youll bring to Z
- Proven experience leading enterprise transformation and productivity initiatives with strong project management and delivery capability in complex crossfunctional environments.
- Strong ability to coordinate resources manage competing priorities and lead delivery teams and working groups to successful outcomes.
- Deep understanding of structured delivery methodologies governance models and benefits realisation approaches.
- Skilled in managing initiative backlogs prioritising based on impact and feasibility and translating strategy into executable plans.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities capable of producing clear actionoriented reporting and insights to support decisionmaking at all levels
- Familiarity with service design solution architecture and change management principles to drive seamless implementation and adoption

The base salary range for this role is $149200 $175550 per annum plus 15 STI based on company performance a 5 KiwiSaver employer contribution and health insurance through Southern Cross.
