Job Description
As a Field Geologist you will independently oversee subsurface exploration including drilling operations soil/rock sampling identification field logging geophysical testing and geotechnical materials testing on a variety of projects primarily centered around renewable energy (wind and solar). You will travel to various job sites both in state and across the country and work in all types of terrain and weather conditions.

- Degree in Geology or Geotechnical Engineering required.
- Valid drivers license with a good driving history.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 50 pounds or more.
- The ability to travel 75 or more and work on remote renewable energy developments.
- The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

Typical salary range for this position is $56000 $70000 and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.
