We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Data Entry Assistant to support our team by inputting updating and maintaining accurate data in our systems. This is a remote part-time or full-time position ideal for individuals who are comfortable using a computer and can follow instructions carefully.
Enter data into spreadsheets databases or internal platforms
Update and maintain information in digital files and records
Verify data for accuracy and completeness
Follow up with team members for any missing or unclear data
Organize digital files and perform basic online research as needed
Perform routine administrative tasks as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer and typing skills (30 WPM preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good written communication skills
Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines
Work from home (fully remote)
Flexible hours choose part-time or full-time
