Job Description
We are looking for an Engineering Manager or Senior Engineering Manager who combines strong technical depth with exceptional leadership skills. You will lead crossfunctional teams building web mobile and backend solutions working handson when needed and collaborating closely with Product Managers UX Designers and other stakeholders.
Youll be instrumental in delivering highquality software products while fostering a healthy and highperforming engineering culture.
Note: Engineering Managers typically lead a single team with a delivery focus. Senior Engineering Managers often lead multiple teams and help drive technical direction and standards across teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support engineering teams working across Angular (or similar frontend frameworks) Android iOS and C#/.NET backend systems.
- Remain technically engagedparticipate in architecture reviews contribute to design discussions and assist in complex coderelated decisions.
- Act as a bridge between engineering and product/UX ensuring alignment between user needs business goals and technical feasibility.
- Drive engineering best practices including testing automation documentation and scalable architecture.
- Manage sprint planning retrospectives and ensure timely delivery of highquality features.
- Coach and mentor engineers helping them grow technically and professionally.
- Balance feature delivery with reducing technical debt and improving system reliability.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of professional software development experience with 24 years in a people management or team lead role.
- Strong background in:
- Frontend: Frontend: Angular (Electron)
- Mobile: Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift)
- Backend: C# .NET Core microservices REST APIs
- Proven experience leading fullstack or crossfunctional teams in agile environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with nontechnical stakeholders.
- A passion for both clean code and shipping working software.

- Track record of leading organizations through transformation turnarounds or highgrowth phases.
- Strong communication skills and a bias toward clarity and urgency.
- Ability to frame engineering work in terms of impact tradeoffs and urgency.
