We are looking for a SlovakSpeaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Sofia Bulgaria. Whether you have prior experience or are just starting your career we encourage you to apply!
What Youll Do:
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone email and chat in Slovak.
- Assist customers with inquiries troubleshooting and problem resolution in a professional and friendly manner.
- Guide customers through our services policies and procedures to enhance their experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
- Work closely with team members and managers to achieve performance goals and maintain high service standards.

What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Slovak (spoken and written) is essential.
- Good command of English for internal communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced customeroriented environment.
- Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not required we provide full training!
- Willingness to work onsite in Sofia Bulgaria.
